On my park tips section of this website you can find the abbreviated checklist to use when traveling with a big group, meaning 6 or more people in your reservation. There are many travek agents that are ready to assist and commision can be part of the package where normally Disney includes if you buy through their website. I have been going to Walt Disney World for several years with anywhere from 3 all the way to 15 people, with my biggest group of more than 20 happening in the fall.

1. Get those room reservations - when traveling with a big group it is nice to get a house off disney property since there are enough people to share, but when its hot or the end of the day or cold staying on property ends up being beneficial. Like a cruise everyone knows where the room is and can head back with the Disney transportation allowing for different perferences.

2. Dining reservations - Make sure you are reserving right at the window, if you have another individual with an account they can reserve up to 8 each. I do recommend calling Disney group reservations for help. If you have a concierge or club level they can help.

3. Keep it simple - Dont pack too much into the day, one meal together usually breakfast is the best to do and then everyone can enter the park together take a picture and have fun!

4. Photos - If you do not have an annual passholder in the group then buy the memory package, and spilt between the group. Easier said then done sometimes to share but if everyone is in the same family or will together not a bad thing.
